Our business’s approach :
Environment: Our team uses using Parrot OS, Kali Linux and its built in programs to complete our security assessments for our clients.
Tools: Our tool box includes custom scripts and open-source tools that are all included in Parrot OS and Kali Linux. To name a few, Nessus, Maltego, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nikto.
Philosophy: Arcryptix believes in understanding our clients adversary’s to the fullest in order to plan and protect against threats. Staying up to date with the latest programs, CVE’s, news, allows our team to be informed and impenetrable against attack vectors.Â

What do these tools do?
Recon Rapter:Â Performs surface level recon on a system. It gathers system info, users, open ports, sudo configs, cronjobs, and distro version for a quick environment snapshot
PatchProbe:Â Scans for system vulnerabilities due to outdated packages or kernel versions. Shows pending updates, patch status, and auto-update config issues.
SecureShellCheck:Â Analyzes the SSH configuration on a machine. Then, flags insecure settings like root login, weak auth methods, or default ports that could be hardened.
RegAudit: Audits a Windows system’s registry and security posture. Checks things like UAC, LM hashes, RDP, firewall, PowerShell logging, and old protocol use.
